Contribution to your Learning

and your Learning Community

(5315)

Selected Score: 90

Justification for My Score: Throughout the course, I have deeply reflected on my performance as an autonomous learner and an active member of our supportive community. My efforts meet the expected critical and supportive contributions standards outlined in the grading guide. Therefore, I have assigned myself a score of 90 points. Below, I describe how I have contributed to my education and the outcomes of my peers and the broader community.

What is going well

Participation in Course Activities

  • Readings and Resources: I completed all the assigned readings, videos, and supporting materials.

  • Meeting Deadlines: I can commit to established deadlines, ensuring I can complete all course tasks on time and organizationally.

  • Assignments and Reviews: I completed all tasks, incorporating feedback, facilitating and improving my submissions.

Contributing Feedback

  • I offered detailed and constructive feedback in key activities to help my core group members improve their work.

  • Leadership Role: I assumed a leadership role in certain activities by directing and organizing my group's efforts, ensuring each member could contribute effectively.

Forum Contributions and Collaborations

Participation in the forums: I often posted in the course forums at the beginning of the module, giving my classmates time to reflect on my contributions and respond to them. I contributed to the thorough and well-informed analysis of the posts.

Connection of ideas in contributions: The concepts discussed in this course can be dissociated and framed with the topics discussed in other classes, contributing to an integrated understanding.

Leadership and participation balance: I need to take more leadership in my study group. I will look for opportunities for all group members to take an active and participatory role in the future.

Additional contributions to forums: If I had taken the initiative to review discussions or add posts for my peers, I could have helped explore topics in greater depth and encouraged more debate in the course.

Time management for personal reflection: Although I met all deadlines, I admit that, at times, I did not spend enough time reflecting on the assignment as I should have. I was to improve by allocating more extended periods to review my work, allowing me to connect more content.

Aspects I need to improve:

During the course, I strengthened my self-directed learning by:

  • Developing critical skills to assess the quality of my work

  • Using feedback to improve the tanks I present continuously

  • I am establishing meaningful connections between the course content and my professional practice, particularly regarding implementing innovative learning models.

Contribution to the Learning Community

My contributions to the learning community are as follows. My participation in the central discussion thread my learning and that of others. I conducted these discussions with my team, Nelyda Rodriguez and Siary Rodriguez. I ensured that my contributions were informed and relevant to the conversation.
