As a preschool teacher, I have been working on an Innovation Plan Proposal to develop phonetic language through a circuit of stations. Taking Digital Environment Resources course 5317 has been beneficial in helping me set and achieve goals. While I faced some challenges, I achieved my goals.
My innovation aims to help future teachers implement the station rotation system to develop phonetic language in preschool children. This approach was instrumental in creating my Publication Outline 123, allowing me to share my learning process with active members of my Cleveland ISD organization.
The publishing Outline 123 scheme combines traditional and digital resources, such as iPads, smart boards, interactive phonics games, and digital stories. Implementation of this approach has encouraged student engagement and improved individual phonics skills. Additionally, a flexible phonics approach is achievable and significantly impacts motivation and successful thinking among other educators.
As a teacher at Cleveland ISD, I have implemented my innovation proposal to strengthen well-structured phonics skills in my students through a rotation system. For my Final publication draft work, my innovation proposal was of utmost importance as this approach combines the ideas of Roger Schank and cognition with real-life experiences and computational resources, which have been found to have a personal and dynamic impact. Using digital devices such as iPads and Promethean, along with engaging activities, I have seen an improvement in students' phonics and critical thinking skills. This original method has been crucial in creating an engaging, interactive, and affordable education that helps students develop academically and personally in preparation for success.
Working with my colleagues Siary Rodriguez and Nelyda Rodriguez was exceptionally beneficial. We have launched an Innovative Classroom Podcast to discuss our experiences and strategies for implementing this approach. We had the opportunity to inspire other educators to adopt pioneering methods and elevate preschool education to a higher level.
Media Pych Part A emphasized that we had to keep updated with pedagogical and technological innovations and achievements. Through the Innovative Classroom podcast, we explore and share best practices in education. We focus on how modern technology can be integrated into preschool education. This source has provided me with practical resources and applicable knowledge that has benefited my innovation by providing practical strategies for teaching blended learning.
In Media Pitch Part B, I mentioned how blended learning and the station rotation system could impact preschool phonics teaching. Implementing this approach has changed the quality of education. Teaching I offer.
Through this method, I could provide each student with instant feedback and real-time adjustments, ensuring meaningful and personal learning. In addition, including interactive digital applications and platforms has been essential to maintaining the child's interest in the process and, at the same time, increasing her phonics and critical thinking skills. Both projects were crucial in researching and creating my innovation proposal. They allowed me to form an engaging and effective learning environment that will prepare children for success in all aspects.
I was involved in these classes, always reading and contacting my work team. I was continually active in discussions and videos to contribute to the growth of my community. It was also something that helped me grow significantly. Regarding the qualification of Digital Resources and Environment 5317, I rate the contribution 90/100; I worked and always put a lot of effort into all my tasks and debates. Overall, I would give myself a self-evaluation of 90. Things are imperfect, but I always strive to improve my educational practice and personal and professional development.
