As a preschool teacher, continuous learning is essential to my job. That is why the LNP Professional Learning Network is a necessary component. Members of these school networks connect to share ideas, teaching strategies, and resources. As a result, we can improve our professional skills and provide quality education to our students.

Thanks to this network, I can access new perspectives and share experiences with other teachers in my Cleveland ISD organization, expanding my vision of my teaching approach.

Developing technical NLP skills has given me access to training on using digital tools, active learning strategies, and methods to integrate technology effectively into my lessons.

Teachers should have access to emotional and professional support networks, which provide a platform for sharing struggles, offering advice, and motivating one another.

By Innovating My Teaching, I learned innovative teaching techniques, such as augmented reality and project-based learning, and incorporated them into my classroom to improve student engagement and performance.

Developing leadership skills and actively participating in these networks have given me the confidence to lead innovation projects within my school and motivated my colleagues to adopt new educational practices.

This network has been a fundamental pillar in my professional growth. It has provided me with the necessary tools to assume my role as an advocate for innovation in education. Participating in a Professional Learning Network has improved my teaching practice, strengthened my collaboration with my colleagues, and offered my students a richer educational experience.

By strengthening and expanding my network, I can keep up with emerging trends, identify new professional development opportunities, and find inspiration to design educational strategies that prepare my students for a better world.
