Measurement Strategy &
Connecting and Communicating Your Ideas
As a preschool teacher, I have developed an Action Research Plan focused on Phonetic Language Development in preschool. The plan aims to provide innovative educational strategies and practical tips.
My approach evolved through the "Station rotation," which integrates digital mediums like videos and apps with hands-on, multisensory activities. This model empowers students by leveraging their prior knowledge and utilizing interactive resources, encouraging engagement in stations that promote autonomy, motivation, and collaboration. The stations include digital, creative, manipulative, and guided activities, allowing dynamic learning opportunities tailored to each student's best learning.
Data collection, the Action Research Design Outline , and analysis are fundamental practices I use to assess my students' progress and differentiate activities based on their needs. This is key to the success of my approach. Only some studies highlight the reasons for integrating digital tools or the motivation behind fostering familiarity with these resources. I emphasized this motivation in my Literature Review, underlining the importance of combining technological resources with traditional methods to support inclusive and participatory learning. Furthermore, this research design encourages teachers to partner with families and supports ongoing professional development.
Through this methodology, I aim to implement practical solutions for improving phonetic proficiency among students and inspire other educators to continuously explore sustainable and innovative methods for progress in preschools and beyond.
