"Exploring the World of the Electronic Portfolio"

As a preschool teacher, my commitment to a comprehensive education constantly pushes me to look for new tools that enrich the learning of the little ones. The ePortfolio thus adds to my repertoire and has pleasantly surprised me with its transformative potential.


This is because the ePortfolio transcends the idea of making mere compilations with static student materials but can also capture the authentic, unique voice of the good creative journalist. It acts as a reflection of how much of a student and creator the student is, offering them a space to show their progress and to go deeper into the learning process. 


Students can review their work, reflect on their experiences, and receive constructive feedback from other students and teachers.

The ePortfolio has helped me collect elements of my teaching practice and structure them to constitute an invaluable organizational tool. It has also allowed my students to understand my teaching and learning process transparently.


The ePortfolio, by capturing the student's authentic voice and learning experience, becomes a powerful tool to transform education. Its potential to improve the educational process and create a continuous development environment for teachers and students must be discussed.
