Communicating your ideas

To create meaningful and authentic learning, it is essential to establish effective communication links between educators and students. These bonds foster a learning environment where priorities include understanding, engagement, and emotional connection.

This communication must be clear, open, and transparent for my preschool children since my students are building their language, and the challenge is for them to express themselves clearly and in complete sentences. My students and I should feel free to communicate their ideas, ask questions, and share their thoughts. This complex process has been done daily since my preschoolers were four. Therefore, I must maintain transparent communication with them, build trust, and promote mutual understanding, relying on meaningful learning activities. My main goal is to build relationships of trust between them since when students feel that they can trust their educators and vice versa, an environment is created where they are more willing to take risks, participate in learning, and be authentic in their expressions.
