Implementation Video

As a preschool educator, my goal is to provide students with a personalized and practical learning experience that will help them develop strong phonics skills for life.

In my Innovation Plan Proposal, I  aim to use blended learning to offer students a range of digital and in-person activities. These highly interactive activities will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment focused on improving their phonics abilities.

Introducing the Station Rotation Map, a critical platform in my plan, will allow students to engage in group discussions and other brief activities. This model is designed to enhance their phoneme identification skills and foster community through small group learning at various learning centers.

Each module is designed to align with the course objectives and assessments, ensuring students receive valuable feedback and multiple opportunities to apply what they have learned. Throughout the course, the language and structure will be tailored to a student-centered approach, where the teacher's role will involve presenting, facilitating, mentoring, and coaching the students. This approach will empower them to progress independently, combining direct guidance with collaborative learning, allowing students to learn independently.

The course will also include a specific welcome section to engage with students and families before the start of the course. This section will also provide comprehensive technical and infrastructural support, ensuring everyone has the necessary resources and tools to participate effectively in educational activities.

Creating a flexible, student-centered plan based on the broader concept of learning will require significant effort from the outset. However, as educators cultivate an environment where children can learn, they will directly bridge the critical skills necessary for their success in school.

A three-column diagram can be essential for supporting the implementation of my innovation in phonetic language development. This format will make presenting the proposed strategies, activities, and tools easier and explain how they work, which will help plan and focus on teaching. Being systematic and transparent will lead to better performance and a more significant impact of innovative proposals in the classroom.

CONCLUSION

My Innovation Plan Proposa promotes phonics in preschool, effectively combining a student-centered approach with the station rotation system and a blended learning instructional design. Students can alternate between digital and in-person activities with the teachers' guidance. This approach ensures a highly personalized education, allowing each child to progress at their own pace, receiving the attention and support needed to develop their phonics skills and prepare for future educational challenges.

A clear and structured introduction and alignment of objectives, activities, and assessments will organize the learning process and focus on meaningful outcomes. Additionally, including the rotation chart will make it easier to manage daily activities, ensuring that instructional time is well utilized while encouraging students to gain independence.

As a preschool teacher, it is essential to take on numerous roles, from facilitator and mentor to presenter and coach, to support students in an environment of autonomy, leadership, and collaboration and create a strong learning community.

My proposed innovation will enhance students' phonetic development and contribute to their overall growth. It will promote mental development and prepare them for long-term academic success and personal growth.
